Let me tell you, I know what it is like to feel anxious, stuck and not grounded. Here is the short version of my story. I had worked myself to exhaustion. I was overwhelmed in my life, and I even had what some may call “mini strokes.”  I knew I had to change something in my life and dig deep to find strength, inner resilience and groundedness. 

Through the process of finding my biggest inner conflicts and“hidden agendas” in  my inner value, self-worth and unconscious motivational patterns as well as self-sabotage, I began to align my actions and goals with my true, heart-based intention. 

With my newly found strength and resilience, I could relax more, find new solutions, set clearer boundaries and inner balance in my everyday life. I found clarity, strength and made the bold decision to pursue my doctorate, and finally take charge of the next chapter in my life by taking grounded action towards my goals.
